如果说现代社会生活中每一个成员都需要接受终身教育,那么以教育人为职业的教师则首先需要接受终身教育,而未来的大学语文教育对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,除了渊博的语文学科知识,还要有过硬的语言表达技巧,掌握和应用现代化教学手段,对语文的教学目标要有清醒认识,在教学中注重培养学生热爱中国语言文学和民族文化传统的情感。为了适应社会的发展,时代的进步,现在的语文教师只有终身不断地在思想、智慧与知识上得到新的武装,才可能在现代社会承担起教师的职责。
