随着教育改革的不断深化与发展,对教师的职业技能也提出了更高的要求,特别是基础教育课程改革以来,更是要求教师要担当起多种角色。传统的职业教育在学科本位和知识本位的理论取向下,忽视了对高职学生从事师范职业能力的培养。高职院校应深化改革,采取切实有效的措施,加强对高职学生从教能力的培养,提高高职学生的从业素质,为职业教育输送合格的新型师资。
With the continuous deepening and development of education reform, teachers’ vocational skills have also set higher requirements. In particular, since the reform of basic education curriculum, teachers have to assume multiple roles. Under the theoretical orientation of subject-based and knowledge-based, the traditional vocational education neglects the training of vocational students in normal vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should deepen the reform, take practical and effective measures to strengthen the cultivation of teaching ability of vocational students, improve the professional quality of vocational students, and deliver qualified new type of teachers for vocational education.
