一日三餐与不孕、不育有很重要的关系,并非吃得饱、吃得好就一定是营养好。一个人过于偏食,会导致营养不足。有的人性知识缺乏,认为房事排精后有碍健康,应补充营养。饮食过量,导致肥胖。有的人控制饮食盲目减肥,长期饥饿,营养摄取不足,影响卵巢的功能而导致月经不调。曾经有一位患者,为了减肥,每天只吃少量的饭食,高蛋白的食物几乎不吃,如此半年后,瘦是瘦了,但人感到疲劳,最后导致闭经,自然也不能妊娠了。
