稀土元素在林业上的应用正处于起步阶段目前已经证明它能促进苗木生长,提高油松、落叶松、杨树等种子的发芽率和某些酶的活性。但对于稀土在林木杂交上的应用目前还报道较少。我们选择了适宜室内切枝杂交的杨树为材料,用稀土分别处理雌、雄枝条,对其作用效果进行了研究。
The application of rare earth elements in forestry is in its infancy. So far it has been proved that it can promote seedling growth and increase the germination rate and the activity of some enzymes such as Pinus tabulaeformis, larch, poplar and other seeds. However, the application of rare earth in tree hybridization is still reported less. We chose poplar suitable for intercropping with indoor material and treated the female and male branches with rare earth respectively, and studied its effect.
