目前,各级企业党委虽然通过加强制度建设,强化思想政治教育,不同程度地提高了领导干部的综合素质,为提升企业市场竞争能力,防治权力腐败,推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作发挥了积极的作用。但如何进一步加强对企业领导干部的监督,切实解决存在的问题,使其真正做到心系企业,权为民用,利为民谋,仍然是各级企业党委亟待加强的重要工作。
At present, Party committees at all levels have enhanced the overall quality of leading cadres by strengthening system construction and strengthening ideological and political education. They have played an important role in enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises, preventing power corruption, promoting the building of a clean government and the fight against corruption positive effect.
