齐鲁石化公司1993年正式向全国公路交通,市政部门推出Q型丁苯胶乳改性道路沥青新产品,得到了南京市、北京市、河南濮阳市、山东滕州市等公路、市政部门的积极支持。上述单位93年分别在宁扬、宁淮、宁杭、沪宁,106国道清丰段、107国道开封至新乡段,北京东三环、双井立交桥桥面,北京公路局在至张家口的八达岭段,104国道穿越滕州市城区段,进行了较大面积的铺筑。据统计,1988—1993年底已铺筑了改性沥青路面27626m,近360000m~2。而且从93年开始,铺筑连续长度均在2000m以上,铺筑后对道路的运行情况进行了认真的监测、数据的收集和整理。经过几年来的路面试验,证明Q型SBR改性沥青具有优良的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及耐磨耗性能。且工艺简便,成本低、可以实现自动化大生产,具备在我国大面积推广应用的条件。
Qilu Petrochemical Company formally launched Q type SBR modified asphalt road asphalt products to the national highway traffic and municipal departments in 1993 and obtained active support from highways and municipal departments such as Nanjing, Beijing, Puyang, Henan and Tengzhou in Shandong. According to statistics, 27626m of modified asphalt pavement has been paved from 1988 to 1993, nearly 360000m ~ 2. And from 93 onwards, paved continuous lengths are more than 2000m, after paving the operation of the road conducted a careful monitoring, data collection and sorting. After several years of road test, Q type SBR modified asphalt has excellent high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and wear resistance. And the process is simple, low cost, can be automated large-scale production, with large areas in China to promote the use of the conditions.
