近几年,学前教育愈来愈受到社会各界关注热议的话题,学前教育专业男生更是广泛热议的对象。随着国家经济,社会,文化的不断发展和进步,国家对学前教育的重视在增强。但是学前教育行业中仍然存在着一定的问题,就是幼儿园男教师屈指可数的现状严重,这种现象的产生与男生的专业认识不无关系,对专业的认识与就业的走向也存在关联。本文通过对相关文献资料的查找与分析及访谈的研究方法,对学前教育专业男生的专业认识和未来就业方向的相关问题进行分析思考,从而得出导致这种现象原因和因素。
In recent years, pre-school education has drawn more and more attention from all walks of life. The topic of pre-school education is even more widespread. With the continuous development and progress of the country’s economy, society and culture, the emphasis on pre-school education in the country is on the rise. However, there are still some problems in the pre-school education industry. One of the few problems is the serious status quo of kindergarten male teachers. The emergence of this phenomenon is not only related to the professional knowledge of boys, but also to the professional knowledge and the employment trend. This article through the relevant literature data search and analysis and interview research methods, the pre-school education male professional knowledge and future employment direction of the analysis and thinking, and thus draw the cause of this phenomenon and factors.
