针对差示扫描量热仪(DSC)曲线相变前后的基线产生位移时如何计算相变潜热的问题,提出了1种零相变潜热等价基线的概念。相变潜热即为DSC热流曲线与零相变潜热等价基线所围的面积。这一曲线可用迭代法求得。运用这一方法测定了尼龙66的真实相变潜热。
Aiming at the problem of how to calculate the latent heat of phase change before and after the phase change of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), a concept of zero-phase latent heat equivalent baseline is proposed. The latent heat of transformation is the area enclosed by the baseline of DSC heat flow curve and zero-phase latent heat. This curve can be obtained by iterative method. Using this method, the true phase transition latent heat of nylon 66 was measured.
