目的探讨心先安联合阿魏酸钠治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组40例。对照组给予氧疗、利尿剂、洋地黄、扩血管药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及控制感染等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用心先安和阿魏酸钠静脉滴注,每日1次,10~14 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心先安与阿魏酸钠联合治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinxian’an combined with sodium ferulate in the treatment of heart failure with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Control group given oxygen therapy, diuretics, digitalis, vasodilator drugs, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and control of infection and other conventional treatment. The treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus intravenous sodium and sodium ferulate infusions, 1 day, 10 ~ 14 d for a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Xin Xian and sodium ferulate in the treatment of heart failure with coronary heart disease significant effect.
