比较分析了8个陆地棉品种及其12个杂交组合F1胚珠的纤维离体诱导和生长发育,结果表明:棉花品种无论是受精或是未受精胚珠,离体纤维诱导均以珂字棉312和超鸡脚叶棉的效果最好。在杂种F1中,罗甸铁子×紫鸡脚叶棉、徐州142无絮突变体×珂312的胚珠离体纤维诱导率最高。纤维生长量以罗甸铁子×珂312、徐州42无絮突变体×珂312最高。受精胚珠和未受精胚珠在相同培养条件下,受精胚珠的纤维诱导率比未受精胚珠好。本试验表明:棉花胚珠离体诱导纤维的发育在基因型和杂交组合之间存在明显差异。并且从母体组织上发育而成的纤维,在离体条件下受到了胚珠影响。
