近年来,“创新”成为一个热点词汇,我国正朝着2020年跨入“创新型国家”行列而努力,艺术教育体制改革制度创新成为教育部门重要的话题。艺术教育是文化的重要组成部分,随着人民群众对文化的需求越来越旺盛,原有的艺术教育模式已不能满足人们的需求。因此,如何进行艺术教育体制改革也成为高等教育领域研究的热点课题。笔者分别对当前我国基础性艺术教育和高等艺术教育的现状进行分析,论述了艺术教育体制改革创新的必要性,以及对艺术教育的改革创新提出一己拙见。
In recent years, “innovation ” has become a hot term. As China strides into the ranks of “innovation-oriented countries ” by 2020, the innovation of institutional reform of art education has become an important topic for the education sector. Art education is an important part of culture. As people’s demand for culture is getting stronger and stronger, the original art education model can no longer meet people’s needs. Therefore, how to reform the art education system has also become a hot topic in the field of higher education. The author separately analyzes the current situation of basic art education and higher art education in our country, expounds the necessity of reforming and innovating the art education system, and puts forward my own opinions on the reform and innovation of art education.
