本文介绍了铁氧体磁心自动检验机的机械部份。用具有固定料嘴的振动式积料箱(通常称为料斗)和装有四个钩针的穿测盘将磁心送去测试。当穿有磁心的钩针与测试触点相接触时,就对磁心的脉冲特性作了测量。穿测盘再次转动时,磁心根据测试结果就落到互相隔开的三个接收箱中的其中一个箱内。
This article describes the mechanical part of the ferrite core automatic testing machine. The core was sent to the test using a vibratory magazine (often called a hopper) with a fixed nozzle and a perforated tray with four crochet hooks. The pulse characteristics of the core were measured when the crocheted core was brought into contact with the test contact. When the measuring disk is rotated again, the core falls into one of the three receiving compartments separated from each other according to the test result.
