目的研究豚鼠颞叶、额叶损害后听觉中潜伏期反应变化规律。方法豚鼠未肝素化自体血回注建立颞叶、额叶皮层出血模型以及颞叶皮层烧灼模型,利用KeypointTM肌电\诱发电位仪监测其听觉中潜伏期反应中Pa波的变化。结果Pa波主要起源于颞叶听皮层;额叶出血后Pa波潜伏期无明显改变(P>0.05);颞叶皮层损害后Pa波潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01),甚至消失。结论Pa波改变能够作为颞叶损害的早期、客观、无创伤的一项指标
Objective To study the changes of auditory latency response in temporal lobe and frontal lobe of guinea pigs. Methods The temporal lobe, frontal cortex hemorrhage model and temporal lobe cortical cauterization model were established by injecting non-heparinized autologous blood into guinea pigs. The changes of Pa wave in the auditory latent period were monitored by KeypointTM EMG. Results The Pa wave mainly originated from the temporal cortex. The Pa wave latency did not change significantly after the frontal lobe hemorrhage (P> 0.05). The Pa wave latency was significantly prolonged (P <0.01) even disappeared after the temporal cortex damage. Conclusion Pa wave changes can be used as an early, objective, non-invasive index of temporal lobe damage
