乡镇企业的应收帐款中,由于各种原因难免有帐款收不回来,发生坏帐或呆帐,这种不能收回的应收帐款而发生的损失称为坏帐损失。对于坏帐损失,会计上有两种核算方法:直接转销法和备抵法。一、直接转销法直接转销法就是等到坏帐发生时,将实际发生的坏帐损失,一方面进入当期管理费用,另一方面直接冲销应收帐款。如已经转销的坏帐损失,以后又收回时则,借“应收帐款”,贷“管理费用”,同时做:借“银行存款”贷“应收帐款”科目。
