分析了快速掘进支锚平台的结构和其行走机构的工作原理,设计了行走机构的液压系统;针对煤矿掘进巷道的实际情况,研究了行走机构在3种工作状况下的液压缸负载特性。在保证支锚平台正常工作的条件下,优化了上坡、下坡、平坡行走时液压缸串并联方式和所需负载,提高了掘进支锚的工作效率,为快速掘进支锚平台行走机构的参数设计提供依据。
The structure of the TBM platform and the working principle of the traveling mechanism are analyzed. The hydraulic system of the traveling mechanism is designed. According to the actual conditions of the roadway in the coal mine, the load characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder under the three working conditions are studied. Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of supporting platform, the series and parallel connection of hydraulic cylinders in uphill, downhill and flat slope are optimized and the required load is increased, which improves the working efficiency of the supporting of the tunneling. The parameter design provides the basis.
