本试验是探讨枝条电阻法,经试验得出:同一种砧木不同生长期的电阻值显著不同,在砧木停止生长后进行预选测定,可以减小这种差异。并且砧木枝条粗度与电阻值成极显著的负相关。通过测制标准矮化砧和半矮化砧枝条粗度与电阻值相关的回归直线图,以此为标准,可对任何粗度的枝条进行比较鉴定。砧木电阻值随温度升高而降低,通过测制标准矮化砧和半矮化砧温度对电阻值影响的曲线图,可以校正测定电阻值时由于温度变化所引起的误差。
