在法律专业学位研究生外语教学中,运用网络外语课程将美国电影中的英美法律制度、法律意念等法律问题作为引子,以英美法系的经典判例作案例,讨论中国法律制度的规范与完善,探讨中国的法律问题,有的放矢,对培养符合职业规范要求的法律专业从业人员有着重要的现实意义。本文介绍了法律与文学的理论背景,继而阐述在法律硕士专业学位外语教学中,应用网络教育的必然性,讨论影像中的法律和网络外语教育的互动关系,最后期盼这种高质低耗的网络外语课程教学模式的研究不断深入。
In the foreign language teaching for graduate students of law degree, we use cyber-foreign language courses to introduce the legal issues such as the Anglo-American legal systems and legal concepts in the American cinema as examples and use the classic jurisprudence of Anglo-American legal system as examples to discuss the standardization and perfection of Chinese legal system. The legal issues in China are well-targeted and have important practical significance for the training of legal professionals who meet the requirements of professional norms. This paper introduces the theoretical background of law and literature, and then elaborates the necessity of applying online education in LLM foreign language teaching, discusses the interaction between law in image and online foreign language education, and finally expects this high quality and low consumption Network foreign language teaching mode of deepening research.
