恩施州域职业教育发展历了75年的发展历程。进入21世纪来,在党和国家大力发展职业教育的号召下,全州各级党委政府提高认识、统一领导、强化保障、多方举措,使职业教育的发展取得了可喜成绩。但在全面实施“三州”战略和“双轮驱动”战略的新历史条件下,全州高、中技能人才和各类实用型人才的数量与结构还不能完全造应州域经济社会发展的需求,因此提出了持续健康发展的对策建议。
Enshi state vocational education development has lasted 75 years of development. In the 21st century, with the call of the Party and the state to develop vocational education, the party committees and governments at all levels throughout the state have made greater efforts to understand and unify their leadership and reinforce safeguard and various measures so that the development of vocational education has made gratifying achievements. However, under the new historical conditions of full implementation of the strategy of “three states” and “two-wheel drive” strategy, the quantity and structure of high and medium skilled personnel and various practical talents in the state can not fully produce the state Economic and social development needs, therefore, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for sustained and healthy development.
