应用透射电镜观察6例无贫血的铁缺乏大白鼠骨骼肌超微结构,线粒体均有不同程度的肿胀。5例缺铁性贫血大白鼠,除线粒体有肿胀外.并见线粒体空化、嵴破碎、有膜样小体等破坏产物,其中4例有线粒体轻微堆积及巨大或形态异常线粒体。推测铁缺乏大白鼠肌肉功能下降可能与线粒体较严重破坏有关,并认为此改变并非由贫血而是由缺铁所致,有贫血者破坏愈重与铁缺乏程度更重有关。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of skeletal muscle in 6 anemia-deficient rats with iron deficiency. The mitochondria had varying degrees of swelling. Five cases of iron deficiency anemia in rats, except mitochondria have swelling, and see mitochondrial cavitation, crest broken, membranous bodies and other destructive products, of which 4 cases of mitochondria slightly stacked and huge or morphologically abnormal mitochondria. Speculated iron deficiency in rats with decreased muscle function may be more serious damage to mitochondria and that this change is not caused by anemia but due to iron deficiency, anemia and destruction of iron heavier weight-related.
