[目的]了解我区娱乐场所“性服务”人员性病、艾滋病感染状况,为做好高危人群性病、艾滋病防治工作提供依据。[方法]通过争取到娱乐场所经营者及他人的配合对提供“性服务”人员填写调查表并采集血样和妇科样,送实验室作性病、艾滋病检测。[结果]260份血样查出TRUST阳性14份,经TPPA确诊均为阳性,阳性率5.4%,HIV未检出阳性。妇科样252份查出UU阳性146份,阳性率57.9%,CT阳性35份,阳性率为13.9%,T-M培养阳性34人,阳性率为13.5%。[结论]娱乐场所“性服务”人员性传播性疾病感染率高,急需开展一系列外展服务和行为干预,倡导100%安全套使用,从而减少性病、艾滋病的感染与传播。
[Objective] To understand the status of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection in the “Sexual Services” staff in entertainment districts in our district and provide the basis for prevention and control of STDs and HIV / AIDS in high-risk groups. [Method] Fill out questionnaires and collect blood samples and gynecological samples by providing operators of “entertainment services” and others with the cooperation of entertainment operators and others, and send labs for STDs and AIDS tests. [Results] Totally 14 TRUST positive samples were detected in 260 blood samples, all of which were confirmed by TPPA, the positive rate was 5.4%. HIV was not detected positive. Gynecological 252 cases were found positive UU 146, the positive rate of 57.9%, CT positive 35, the positive rate was 13.9%, T-M culture positive 34, the positive rate was 13.5%. [Conclusion] The prevalence of STIs in entertainment venues is very high. A series of outreach services and behavioral interventions are urgently needed to promote the use of 100% condoms so as to reduce the transmission and transmission of STIs and AIDS.
