非公有制企业党建工作,是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分。搞好非公有制企业的党建工作,既是党的建设大局的需要,也是非公有制经济组织自身发展的需要,直接关系着党的建设新的伟大工程和中国特色社会主义事业的发展。安徽联华实业集团党委加强党的建设,与集团董事会在一个轴心上运转,促了企业的科学发展,发挥了“推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐”重要作用。
