麻疹疫苗的效果已为十余年的实践所证明,但不满周岁的婴儿初次接种成功率较低,认为与胎传抗体的干扰和免疫功能未成熟有关。为了摸清罂儿胎传抗体消失动态,指导接种工作,消除麻疹。我们对住院产妇采集母血,脐带血、新生儿血进行了麻疹血凝抑制(HI)抗体水平的检测,并以前瞻性方法随访观察了婴儿8月龄内 HI 抗体的阴转趋势,现将观察结果报告如下。材科来源与检测方法一、检测对象:本组检测对象为一九八三年九月至一九八四年一月住海北州医院的产妇。新生儿为足月发育正常者(早产儿、畸形儿均剔除了)。产妇均有本地户口,年龄为19—42岁。二、血的采集:(一)脐带血:在胎儿娩出后剪断脐
The effect of measles vaccine has been proven for more than ten years. However, infants younger than one year old have a low success rate of initial vaccination, which is considered to be related to the interference of fetal antibodies and immature immune function. In order to find out the dynamic disappearance of the fetus antibodies, guide vaccination efforts to eliminate measles. We collected maternal blood, umbilical cord blood and neonatal blood from hospitalized mothers to detect the level of HI antibody. The trend of overcast transmission of HI antibody within 8 months of follow-up was observed by prospective method. Observations are reported below.
