在我国近代史上,有一位知名度很高的人,他就是著名的爱国外交家曾纪泽。 曾纪泽,1839年生,湖南湘乡人,清朝大员曾国藩的长子。他青年时代就留心学习西方先进的东西,并立志当为国争气的外交家。一次,他在观看一个新制的大型地球仪时,对父亲说:“如果可能的话,我将来到地球的另一边去,为自己的国家效力。”父亲感叹道:“只是外交官的路可不是那么好走的,俗语说‘弱国无外交’。”
In the modern history of our country, there is a man with a high profile and he is the famous patriotic diplomat Zeng Ji-Ze. Zeng Jize, born in 1839, Hunan Xiangxiang, the eldest son of the Qing Dynasty chief Zeng Guofan. In his youth, he paid heed to studying the advanced western things and determined to be the diplomat who fought for the country.
