教师管理是幼儿园管理工作中的一项重要内容。在幼儿园管理体制改革的进程中,各级幼儿园制定出台了较为完善的规章制度,使幼儿教师管理走上了规范化的道路。但是传统的管理模式只注重政策的合法性,忽视人本性,淡化了幼儿教师作为知识群体所具有的精神价值,一定程度上挫伤了教师工作的主动性和积极性。长此以往,必然会导致教育质量的下降,影响幼儿园办园水平的进一步提高。
Teacher management is an important part of kindergarten management. In the process of kindergarten management system reform, kindergartens at all levels have promulgated relatively perfect rules and regulations so that the management of kindergarten teachers embarks on the path of standardization. However, the traditional management model only focuses on the legitimacy of policies, ignores human nature, and weakens the spiritual value of kindergarten teachers as knowledge groups, to a certain extent, dampens the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers. Over the long term, it will inevitably lead to the decline of the quality of education, affecting the further improvement of the level of kindergarten park.
