从皱叶酸模(Rumex crispus L)中分得五个结晶,经化学反应及光谱分析鉴定为酸模素(nepodin)Ⅰ;大黄素(emodin)Ⅱ;大黄酚(chrysophanol)Ⅲ;大黄素甲醚(physcion)Ⅳ;5—甲氧基酸模素(torachrysone)Ⅴ。其中Ⅰ,Ⅴ是从本种植物中第一次分到的己知化合物。酸模素是抗真菌活性成分,5—甲氧基酸模素的抗真菌试验正在进行中。
Five crystals were isolated from Rumex crispus L and identified by chemical reaction and spectral analysis as nepodin I; emodin II; chrysophanol III; emodin ( Physcion) IV; 5- methoxymethyl tokinchysone V. Among them, I, V is the first known compound that was assigned to this plant. The sorrel is an anti-fungal active ingredient, and an antifungal test of 5-methoxyl is underway.
