苦碟子治疗冠心病的研究 7.苦碟子及其有效成分腺苷对实验性心肌梗塞和心肌代谢作用的研究

本文用家免前降支高位双道结扎法形成实验性心肌梗塞,用苦碟子及其有效成分腺苷(苦碟子植物中提取的纯品)进行治疗,证明苦碟子和腺苷能明显降低心电图病理性 Q 波出现率和 ST 段的抬高;能明显降低梗塞后血清肌酸磷酸激酶活性的升高;能减轻或恢复心肌梗塞引起的红细胞电泳速度的减慢;用心肌 N-BT 染色法证明,生理盐水对照组心肌梗塞范围为20.4%,苦碟子和腺苷组梗塞范围分别缩小为8.8%和10.7%。证明苦碟子及其有效成分腺苷对实验性心肌梗塞有明显治疗作用。实验用 Warburg 呼吸计法测定了对心肌代谢的影响,证明苦碟子无论在有氧(充氧)和缺氧(10%和5%氧)条件下,均能显著抑制心肌氧代谢,对乳酸生成也有显著抑制作用。上述的作用,苦碟子均强于腺苷。苦碟子为菌科二年生草本植物,学名抱茎苦(?)菜(Ixe(?)is sonchifolia Hance)。东北三省,华北地区产量很大,是一种过去不作药用的野生植物。国外除一篇关于该植物的抗癌研究外,未见其它研究报道。我们曾研究证明,该药对循环系统具有增加冠脉流量,降低心肌耗氧量,改善心肌循环等作用;对血液系统能显著抑制血小板聚集功能,明显增加纤维蛋白溶解酶的活性。这些作用是防治血栓闭塞性症病的基础。临床证明,该药治疗冠心病、心绞痛和脑血栓病有明显疗效,为深入研究苦碟子的作用和扩大应用,本文研究了苦碟子及其有效成分腺苷对心肌梗塞的治疗作用。 In this article, we used the high-level double-ligation ligation of the anterior descending artery to form an experimental myocardial infarction, and treated with Kudzu and its active ingredient, adenosine (a pure product extracted from the Kudzu plant), which proved that Kudiezi and adenosine can significantly reduce the electrocardiogram. The effect of metabolism on myocardial metabolism was determined using the Warburg’s respirometer method. It was demonstrated that KDZ significantly inhibited myocardial oxygen metabolism both in aerobic (oxygenated) and hypoxic (10% and 5% oxygen) conditions, and in the production of lactate. There is also a significant inhibitory effect. The above-mentioned effect is that Kudiezi is stronger than adenosine. Kudzu is a biennial herbaceous plant of the family Myceliaceae. The scientific name is Ixe(?) is sonchifolia Hance. The three northeastern provinces in North China have large production and are wild plants that were not used for medicinal purposes in the past. Except for one article on the anti-cancer research of this plant, no other studies have been reported abroad. We have studied and proved that the drug can increase coronary flow, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, improve myocardial circulation and other effects on the circulatory system; the blood system can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation and significantly increase the activity of fibrinolytic enzymes. These effects are the basis for preventing and treating thrombotic occlusive disease. Clinically, this medicine has obvious curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and cerebral thrombosis. In order to deeply study the role of Kudiezi and expand its application, this paper studied the therapeutic effect of Kudiezi and its active ingredient, adenosine, on myocardial infarction.
