分析了现有矿井提升机制动装置液压系统的故障模式以及工作制动和安全制动时存在的问题,从安全可靠性的角度出发,提出了一种高可靠性液压系统。它在原有液压系统的基础上增加了安全制动时多路回油、电磁阀故障监测和残压保护等安全保护功能,同时改进了工作制动的调压功能和电控系统,从而提高了提升机制动系统的可靠性。
This paper analyzes the failure modes of the hydraulic system of existing mine hoist brake device and the problems existing in working brake and safety brake. From the perspective of safety and reliability, a high reliability hydraulic system is proposed. Based on the original hydraulic system, it adds safety protection functions such as multi-circuit oil return, solenoid valve fault monitoring and residual pressure protection during safety braking, and improves the voltage regulating function and the electronic control system of the working brake so as to improve the Hoist braking system reliability.
