我公司根据预应力环形电杆的制作特点,经过多次实验研究,制造出一台预应力环形等径杆骨架点焊缠筋机。经多年来的实际投产使用,运行良好,工作可靠。它的特点可归纳为:1.结构紧凑,性能稳定,工作协调;2.制作的骨架刚度高,螺筋步距一致,钢筋排列规则;3.骨架系滚焊成型,不需内衬钢筋,节省钢材与绑扎铁丝;4.可降低劳动强度,比手工提高工效16倍;5.操作简便安全,维护方便。
