目的了解某公司(冶金大型国营企业)职业病危害现状,识别生产环境中职业危害因素的种类及其危害程度,为制定职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法于2010年对该公司职业病危害因素进行监测。结果生产环境有害因素监测总合格率为87.87%;其中粉尘合格率为86.09%,毒物合格率为99.38%,噪声合格率为76.88%,辐射热合格率为93.75%。结论该厂职业病有害因素监测合格率较高,但职业病危害仍然存在,在做好职业病危害因素监测的同时,还应加强健康监护工作,保障劳动者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards in a company (large metallurgical state-owned enterprises), identify the types of occupational hazards in the production environment and the degree of harm, and provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures of occupational diseases. Methods In 2010, the company was monitored for occupational hazards. Results The total qualification rate of harmful factors in production environment was 87.87%. The passing rate of dust was 86.09%, the passing rate of poison was 99.38%, the passing rate of noise was 76.88% and the passing rate of radiant heat was 93.75%. Conclusion The qualified rate of occupational disease monitoring in this plant is high, but the occupational disease hazards still exist. While monitoring the occupational disease hazard factors, we should strengthen the health guardianship work and ensure the health of laborers.
