目的建立心可舒胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法以COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ PackedColumn(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(27∶73)为流动相,流速为1 mL.min?1,ELSD为检测器,漂移管温度:41℃;雾化器(氮气)压力:350 kPa。结果三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围分别为0.123 2~6.16,0.327 2~16.36μg,r值分别为0.999 9,0.999 7;回收率分别为98.7%,99.2%,RSD分别为2.72%,1.54%。结论该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为心可舒胶囊的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 in Xinkeshu capsule. Methods The mobile phase consisted of COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ PackedColumn (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (27:73) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1. ELSD was used as the detector. The drift tube temperature : 41 ° C; nebulizer (nitrogen) pressure: 350 kPa. Results The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 were 0.123 2 ~ 6.16,0.327 2 ~ 16.36μg, r values were 0.999 9,0.999 7, respectively. The recoveries were 98.7% and 99.2%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.72% , 1.54%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of the content of Xinkeshu capsule.
