许多砂型的不均匀紧实与目前的高质量要求不协调。冲击紧实因无压头而为消除紧实度的差异提供了可能性。在紧实瞬间,使型砂在予定区域流态化,可减少摩擦损耗,从而使铸型强度分布更趋合理,有效地提高了棱边部位的强度。文中分析了侧向压力产生的后果——“搭桥现象”。流态化可有效消除这一现象,并消除模型顶部的高紧实区。
The unevenness of many sand molds is not coordinated with the current high quality requirements. Shock tightening offers the possibility of eliminating compaction differences due to lack of head-on. At the moment of compaction, the sand is fluidized in a predetermined area to reduce the friction loss, so that the strength distribution of the casting mold is more reasonable and the edge part strength is effectively increased. The paper analyzes the consequences of lateral pressure - “bypass phenomenon.” Fluidization effectively eliminates this phenomenon and eliminates high-compaction zones at the top of the model.
