目的建立用硫酸钼蓝比色法,对车间空气中磷化的测定。方法向各试验管中滴加饱和亚硫酸钠溶液至高锰酸钾颜色褪尽,再多加2滴;加水至5 ml,混匀;加入0.3 ml硫酸溶液和0.2 ml钼酸铵溶液,混匀;加1滴氯化亚锡溶液,摇匀;置50℃水浴中加热10 min。结果在硫酸浓度为1 mol/L,反应时间为10 min时吸光值比较稳定。在0.25~1.75μg/ml范围内,吸光度与磷化氢标准溶液浓度线性关系良好,加标回收率为99.93%~100.52%,精密度为1.12%~2.98%。结论该方法准确、快速,可以用于车间空气中磷酸的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish the determination of phosphate in the air of workshop with molybdenum sulfate blue colorimetric method. Method To each test tube dropping saturated sodium sulfite solution to potassium permanganate color fade, and then add 2 drops; add water to 5 ml, mix; add 0.3 ml sulfuric acid solution and 0.2 ml ammonium molybdate solution, mix; add 1 Drop the stannous chloride solution, shaken; set 50 ℃ water bath for 10 min. Results When the concentration of sulfuric acid was 1 mol / L and the reaction time was 10 min, the absorbance was stable. In the range of 0.25 ~ 1.75μg / ml, the absorbance showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of phosphine standard solution, the recoveries were 99.93% ~ 100.52% and the precision was 1.12% ~ 2.98%. Conclusion The method is accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of phosphoric acid in the air of workshop.
