目的了解动物实验环境空气污染状况,为保障动物与实验人员健康提供依据。方法各项指标均采用国家标准GB 14925-2001《实验动物环境及设施》附录A~I规定的方法进行检测。结果微小气候温度总均值21.1℃、相对湿度43.5%、气流0.13 m/s、换气次数16次/h,空气落下菌数总均值0.4个/皿、氨浓度0.9 mg/m3、噪声45.8〔dB(A)〕、工作照度269 lx、动物照度18 lx。各项指标符合标准要求。结论动物实验环境空气质量不影响实验人员与实验动物健康。
Objective To understand the air pollution status of animal experiment environment and provide the basis for ensuring the health of animals and experimental personnel. Methods The indicators were tested using the method specified in Appendix A ~ I of National Standard GB 14925-2001 “Laboratory Animal Environment and Facilities”. Results The average micro-climate temperature was 21.1 ℃, the relative humidity was 43.5%, the air flow rate was 0.13 m / s and the air exchange rate was 16 times / h. The average airborne bacteria number was 0.4 / dish, the ammonia concentration was 0.9 mg / m3 and the noise was 45.8 dB (A)〕, working illumination 269 lx, animal illumination 18 lx. The indicators meet the standard requirements. Conclusion Animal experiments ambient air quality does not affect the health of experimental and experimental animals.
