目前,引人注意的以陶瓷为原料的车载传感器中有氧传感器.这种传感器在排气中工作,有5年以上的寿命.其次是温度检测.它利用BaTiO_3.为主成分的原料温度变化引起从铁电体到介电体的相转变.由相转变的正温度系数引起电阻急变.称为pTC的也是很有希望的一种.利用电阻急变方面还有以VO_2.系为原料的CTR.另外,高温用的传感器有离子传导型和电子传导型两种.前者有ZrO_2-CaO,ZrO_2-Y_2O_3系氧化物,后者有以AI_2O_3,MgO等为主成分的尖晶石型氧化物.图1示出利用温度范围[4].
