所谓工资集体协商,是指职工代表与企业代表依法就企业内部工资分配制度、工资分配形式、工资收入水平等事项进行平等协商,在协商一致的基础上签订工资协议的行为。工资集体协商的关键是建立一个好的运行机制。根据龙口矿业集团公司热电厂的实践经验,工会代表职工参加工资集体协商,必须善于抓住工资集体协商的几个关键环节,推动工资集体协商健康有序发展。
