纳速剌丁是元朝云南继赛典赤·赡思丁之后又一位伟大的回族政治家、军事家和改革家，其政治生涯主要在云南。在他担任云南历史上第二任平章政事（省长）期间，顺应历史潮流，继承其父赡思丁的事业，采取了一系列政治、经济、文化等方面的改革措施，稳定了社会秩序，进一步巩固了行省政权，加强民族团结，减轻人民负担，推动了云南社会经济的发展，受到云南各族人民的尊敬与爱戴
