门静脉高压症(PHT)是肝硬化患者失代偿期常出现的症候群.随着医学影像学技术的迅猛发展,多层螺旋CT成像(MSCT)、磁共振血管造影(MRA)、超声多普勒(DUS)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)等检查在门静脉血流动力学的研究中发挥着重要作用.但是,目前影像学检查目的单一,对PHT研究仍缺乏系统性的认识与评估.应用生态系统稳定理论进行PHT系统研究可能开创一个PHT认识、评估和治疗的新时代.“,”Portal hypertension (PHT) is frequent syndrome on patients with decompensated cirrhosis.With the rapid development of medical imaging technology,multi-slice spiral CT portography (MSCT),magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),doppler ultrasound (DUS),and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examinations play an important role in the study of hemodynamics in portal vein.Currently,PHT researches are still a lack of systemic understanding and assessment.The application of ecosystem stability theory for new era in the study of the PHT system may create a PHT understanding,assessment and treatment.
