1月11日是广西入冬以来最冷的一天,也是冰冻范围最大的一天,全区有约1/3的区域出现了雪、冻雨或冰粒天气。资源、灌阳、龙胜等21县(自治县)继续出现道路结冰,桂林、融安、罗城、南丹、乐业、金秀等13市县(自治县)则出现了电线覆冰。截至1月14日,持续的冰冻灾害已给我区造成直接经济损失约10.2亿元。灾情发生后,党中央、国务院高度重视。自治区党委、政府下发《关于做好防范应对雨雪冰冻天气的紧急通知》,要求各级各相关部门按照预防2008年雨雪冰冻灾害的做法,做好队伍、装备、物资等方面的充分准备,确保出现严重恶劣天气时各项保障供给都能及时跟上。全区干部群众树立信心,同心协力,克难攻坚,全力以赴投入到抗冻救灾工作中,力争把灾害造成的损失降到最低。
