患者男、60岁。因左上、下肢不自主舞动于1983年12月27日入院。缘于四天前情感激动当晚未安眠,24时感觉左手发凉、发麻,半小时后突然出现左上、下肢不规则的自己不能控制的舞动。右侧正常。翌日恶心、呕吐两次。发病后一直神志清楚、不伴其他神经系症状。过去无高血压史,无心因病史。头昏、健忘、早醒5—6年。少量饮酒20年。家族中无类似疾患。检查:神清合作。血压150/100mmHg。颞浅动脉曲张,颈动脉无杂音。眼底动脉变细、反光增强,有动静脉交叉压迫征。
