矿山粉尘是矿山生产过程中最主要的职业病危害因素,目前高效湿式除尘是矿山最经济有效的除尘手段。针对现有湿式除尘器在金属矿山除尘系统应用中存在的除尘效率较低、耗水量大等问题,研制了一种适合于金属矿山除尘系统的旋流帷幕除尘器。介绍了该除尘装置的结构设计和工作原理,并以马钢罗河铁矿转运站除尘系统改造项目为对象,对该除尘装置在转运站除尘系统的应用效果进行了测定。结果表明:该除尘装置平均除尘效率达到了99.8%以上,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益,在金属矿山生产系统中具有广泛的推广应用前景。
Mine dust is the most important occupational hazard in the production process of mines. At present, efficient dust removal is the most economical and effective dust removal method in mines. Aimed at the problems of low dust removal efficiency and large water consumption in the application of the existing metal dust collection system, a new type of cyclone curtain dust collector suitable for the metal mine dust removal system has been developed. The structure design and working principle of this dedusting device are introduced. And the application of dedusting system of Dust Removal Device at the transfer station is tested with the reconstruction project of dust removal system of Luohe Iron Ore Transfer Station in Ma’ang Iron and Steel. The results show that the average dust removal efficiency of the dust removal device reaches over 99.8%, which has good economic and environmental benefits. It has wide application prospects in the metal mine production system.
