中医治疗流行性乙型脑炎(以下简称本病),自1954年河北等地报告治疗结果以来,经过各地不断实践提高,积累了不少经验,我省于1958年总结了若干单位的病例,其诊断和治疗方法基本上与全国各地一致,都是认为与中医温病中的“暑温”相近似。由于本病的流行季节虽然主要在夏秋,也不完全都在夏秋的。其表现症状,绝大部分与暑温类同,但也不尽相同。因此,本病应该是以中医的“暑温”为主,但不能绝对为暑温所限制。从治疗效果来看,疗效较好的都是正确地按照温病中“暑温”的原则,根据温病体系,进行辨证施治。
