一、2011年衡阳经济运行态势及特点初步核算,全市实现地区生产总值1746.44亿元,按可比价格计算,增长14.2%,高于全省平均增速1.4个百分点,增速位列全省第四,较上年前移两位,连续3年保持在14%以上的增速。其中,第一产业实现增加值302.88亿元,增长4.0%;第二产业实现增加值842.93亿元,增长19.2%;第三产业实现增加值600.63亿元,增长13.2%。(一)从经济发展格局上看,三次产业全面增长。农业生产形势良好。全市农林牧渔业总产值464.87亿
