朋友聚餐,涮火锅是件不错的美事,如果能够均衡各种食物的比例,那就更是既美味又营养的选择了。比如涮食适量的、不同种属的肉类,添加足够的蔬菜、菌藻类和豆制品等。火锅里的原料不是动物肉类的统一天下,肉类虽美味,但从营养和健康的角度来讲,蔬菜在火锅原料中有着举足轻重的作用。绝大多数的蔬菜都可以与火锅和谐相处,但其中对身体最为有益的当属绿叶蔬菜。
