目的为了解银川市中小学生的健康状况,对中小学生的生长发育的研究提供参考。方法随机抽取银川市57所中小学校的35441人中小学生进行调查,评价生长发育和营养状况。结果营养不良率为22.12%,超重率4.55%,肥胖率4.68%,营养不良率中女生明显高于男生。结论银川市中小学生营养状况较好,但中学生的营养不良率、超重率、肥胖率比小学生高,女生营养状况较男生差,应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the health status of primary and secondary school students in Yinchuan and to provide reference for the study of primary and secondary school students’ growth and development. Methods A total of 35 441 primary and secondary school students from 57 primary and secondary schools in Yinchuan were randomly selected for investigation to evaluate their growth and nutritional status. Results malnutrition rate was 22.12%, overweight rate 4.55%, obesity rate 4.68%, malnutrition rate in girls was significantly higher than boys. Conclusion The nutrition status of elementary and middle school students in Yinchuan City is good, but the malnutrition rate, overweight rate and obesity rate of middle school students are higher than that of primary school students and their nutritional status is worse than that of boys.
