通过热重分析实验,研究了Al-Mg-Si合金熔体在高温空气气氛中直接氧化的孕育期与工艺温度及母合金中Mg、Si含量的关系,摸清了铝合金本体氧化的表观活化能与母合金Mg、Si含量的关系,证实了Al-Mg-Si合金直接氧化过程符合Arrhenius公式
Through thermogravimetric analysis, the relationship between the incubation period, the process temperature and the contents of Mg and Si in the master alloy of the Al-Mg-Si alloy melt in a high temperature air atmosphere was studied to find out the apparent oxidation of the bulk of the aluminum alloy The relationship between the activation energy and the content of Mg and Si in the master alloy confirms that the direct oxidation process of Al-Mg-Si alloy conforms to the Arrhenius formula
