通过试验研究了PEPSET树脂自硬砂工艺应用于铝铸件生产的性能及其影响因素。指出PEPSET树脂自硬砂工艺在硬化速度、流动性、发气性、溃散性等方面性能良好 ,利于复杂铝铸件的造型制芯 ,有望成为树脂自硬砂工艺的一个重要发展方向
The properties of PEPSET resin self-hardening sand applied to the production of aluminum castings and its influencing factors were studied through experiments. It is pointed out that PEPSET resin self-hardening sand process has good performance in curing speed, fluidity, gas evolution, collapsibility and so on, which is good for modeling core of complex aluminum casting and is expected to become an important development direction of resin self-hardening sand process
