本试验在盆栽条件下,应用同位素示踪技术研究MET对油菜肥料吸收利用和光合同化产物运输分配的影响。结果表明,油菜3叶期喷施150ppmMET能明显促进油菜秧苗对(32) ̄P的吸收,提高油菜植株的基肥利用率,增加(14) ̄CO2同化量,MET对油菜吸收的32P、(15) ̄N和(14) ̄CO2同化产物的运输分配有调节作用,主要表现在增加植株吸收的(32) ̄P向地上部的运转和吸收的(15) ̄N及(14)CO2同化产物向籽粒的运转。
In the present study, the effects of MET on the uptake and utilization of rapeseed fertilizer and the transport and distribution of photosynthetic assimilation products were investigated using isotope tracing techniques under potted conditions. The results showed that spraying 150ppm MET on rape three-leaf stage could significantly increase the uptake of (32) P in rapeseed seedlings, increase the basal fertilizer use efficiency of rapeseed, increase (14) CO2 assimilation, and MET uptake of 32P, ) ~ N and (14) ~ CO2 assimilation products are mainly regulated by the increase of (32) ~ P uptake and uptake by plants (15) ~N and (14) CO2 assimilation products To the grain of the operation.
