用 ELISA 和 IHA 法对济南市市区和郊区的3483名孕妇弓形体感染情况进行了检测。结果显示,感染率为8.79±0.48%,IgM 抗体阳性率为3.42%;农民感染率显著高于一般工人,商业、服务行业和机关干部的感染率;郊区居民感染率显著高于市区;家庭养猫者的感染率显著高于不养猫者;饲养时间<1年、1~2年和≥2年感染弓形体的相对危险度估计值(ORmh)分别为1.29、2.75和3.48,呈明显的剂量反应关系(P<0.05)。
Toxoplasma gondii infection in 3483 pregnant women in urban and suburban areas of Jinan City was detected by ELISA and IHA. The results showed that the infection rate was 8.79 ± 0.48%, and the positive rate of IgM antibody was 3.42%. The infection rate of peasants was significantly higher than that of general workers, commercial and service industries and government agencies. The infection rate of suburban residents was significantly higher than that of urban areas. The infection rate of cats was significantly higher than that of cats without cats. The estimated relative odds (ORmh) of feeding to <1 year, 1 year to 2 years and> 2 years were respectively 1.29, 2.75 and 3.48 Dose-response relationship (P <0.05).
