美军作为当今世界最强大的一支武装力量,同世界各国军队一样,其军官队伍同样以指挥军官为主。不过,非常讲究实用的美国人似乎感觉如此划分还不够具体化、清晰化,因此,还发明了附加职责军官这一另类的“干部”称谓,而且种类有20多种。有些职责和我军类似,如车管军官(管军车的)、膳食军官(管食堂和伙食的)、补给军官(管军需给养的)、弹药管理军官(管军火库的)等;另一些军官对于我们而言就颇为生疏了,他们的一些附加职责恐怕我们想都想不到,下面以陆军为例罗列一下。
