苏联各报在3月13日刊载了苏联部长会议关於以斯大林奖金授予1951年在科学发明和文学艺术方面有卓越成绩者的决定的第一部分,决定的这一部分宣布对苏联优秀的科学家颁发九十三个斯大林奖金。其中包括二十万卢布的一等奖九个,十万卢布的二等奖二十八个,五万卢布的三等奖三十个。此外,还有十万卢布的两个一等奖、五万卢布的七个二等奖、二万五千卢布的十七个三等奖授予教科书和通俗科学著作的编著者。
The Soviet Union newspapers published on March 13 the first part of the decision of the Soviet Council of Ministers on the award of the Stalin Prize to those who had made outstanding achievements in scientific inventions and literary arts in 1951. The section of the decision announced the award of 90 outstanding Soviet scientists Three Stalin bonuses. Including nine first prize of two hundred thousand rubles, twenty-eight second prize of hundred thousand rubles and thirty third prize of fifty thousand rubles. In addition, there are two first prizes of 100,000 rubles, seven second prizes of 50,000 rubles and 17 third prizes of 25,000 rubles for the compilers of textbooks and popular science works.
